APPLICATIONS: Healing & Pain Relief – RSI (repetitive strain injury), Tennis Elbow, Golf Elbow, Sports Injuries, Gardening Injuries – any muscle, tendon or ligament damage. Will also give help with over-worked, tired, strained muscles. Very populer with clients who have found that regular use is very beneficial. One of my most popular blends with regular clients.

An effective penetrating gel, the addition of warming essential oils and natural moisturisers provide a deep warm feeling in and around problem areas. An ideal gel for the active sportsman, gardener, DIY enthusiast or the not so active seeking some alleviation from aches, strains & pains. Apply to the affected area up to 4 times a day. Additional benefit will be gained if you apply a heat source (hot-water bottle OR ice pack – which ever you feel is right) after massage.
